5/5/11

May 21, 2011

The May meeting of the Central Mississippi Polymer Clay Guild will be on Saturday, May 21, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the Pearl Library, Pearl, Mississippi. If anybody who wants to participate in the “Thank you” mosaic we are making has not turned in your tile to Arlene, please be sure to bring it to this meeting so I can get these put together for presentation.

Also remember we will be meeting in the smaller Storytime room this month because the library is using the room we usually are in.

Debbie will be sharing a technique she has learned using liquid polymer clay to make a unique one of a kind marbled pendant.

The supply list for this meeting is:

Clay
• Kato Liquid Polyclay in translucent
• Kato Liquid Polyclay in 2 other colors or a LARGE bottle of Kato Liquid Polyclay and two to three oil paints (Note: if you don’t have oil paints, don’t stress, I’ll bring some of mine that I no longer use)

“Must have” Tools and Supplies:
• Be sure to bring your normal travel kit with a minimum of your pasta machine, roller, clay blade, ceramic tile or other work surface, baby wipes.
• Wide paint brush
• Metal ruler
