4/3/15

April 18, 2015

The April meeting of the Central Mississippi Polymer Clay Guild will be on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Pearl Library, Pearl, Mississippi.  We would love to see everybody’s face cane that we worked on at the March meeting.  If you’ve finished yours bring it for show and tell.

For the April meeting we are going to work on a magnolia cane which will be build using a paper pattern.  Once you learn the basic technique, you will be able to develop complex canes in pretty much any design you want.  This is a cane that can be reduced down or used in a larger state.  Here is an example:  https://www.flickr.com/photos/harrisonhollowdesigns/14469756843/
