February 2017 Meeting Notes

The February meeting of the Central Mississippi Polymer Clay Guild will be on Saturday, February 18th, at 10:00 a.m. at the Pearl Library, Pearl, Mississippi. This month’s meeting will feature with one of Arlene’s favorite things to do – making canes.  We will build a flower petal cane using a three shade blend and a leaf cane in a complimentary color.  Then she will walk us through sculpting with the petal and leaf canes to decorate a small wooden picture frame. She will also go over how to combine the petal canes to create a flower cane and how to use Play Doh to make the flower cane borderless.
