On March 15 & 16, 2014 the Central Mississippi Polymer Clay Guild is proud to host Jana Roberts Benzon in a First-Of-Its-Kind two day workshop. The workshop will be held at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center in historic Vicksburg, Mississippi.
Come for the weekend and share an unprecedented opportunity to peer into Jana’s creative mind and learn the innovative tips and tricks that led to some of her most outside the box techniques. Jana loves to explore “what ifs” and in this workshop you will learn to apply this unleashed form of creativity in your own work. We will explore Jana’s “cut work”, from her Laser Cut and Encrusted techniques to interesting bead shaping, caning hints and so much more. This exploration will be full of valuable information that will greatly enhance your skill set and beef up your arsenal of creative polymer know-how. You will go home with “samplers” of several techniques that you can refer to as you work with your new skills in the studio. Laughs, Learning, and Love with polymer friends will abound.
